  • Where do I begin?

  • Do you accept insurance?
    I accept Aetna, Cigna and Optum through Alma. You can click here to check eligibility.
  • What are your out of network rates?
    $180 for 45 minutes I can provide a superbill at the end of the month that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I would recommend calling your insurance company and asking the following questions: Do you provide coverage for mental health? Do you provide any reimbursement for out of network coverage? How many sessions a year do you cover? What is my deductible and has it been met? All clients are required to enroll in an autopay function in order to make payment after each session quick and convenient for both therapist and client.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up to your appointment or do not provide 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
  • What are the rules around confidentiality?
    Our professional relationship is protected by law. The exceptions to confidentiality include the following: -Suspected dependent adult or elder abuse or neglect or child abuse or neglect. A report would be made to the appropriate agencies. -Intent to harm self or others which includes homicidal or suicidal ideation. -Court ordered information.
