Couples Therapy

Relationships are hard. They require constant, intentional work from both partners daily. Add on life stress of caring for children, family stress, work stress and the pressure that we have to live up to the images we see on Instagram and Tik Tok about how relationships should be, it can make it difficult to feel satisfied in our unions. If the extra stress or lack of communication is taking a toll on your relationship, we can work together to improve communication, intimacy or other issues you feel are present in your relationship. 

Couples therapy improves communication, intimacy, support, and other relationship issues in a safe place for both partners.
